Can QuizWriter read questions from a database?

Hello:

I have downloaded the trail version and I liked the user interface a lot. I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to populate the questions from a MySQL database. I have thousands of questions in the DB and would like to migrate them to QuizeWriter.

2. How does QuizWriter hanle scientific notations. Can I add some tags in the DB that QuizWriter would read and render as scientific and mathematical notations?

Thanks.

Prem

Hi Prem,

Question Writer doesn't import directly from a database, but I think a straightforward way to do this would be to export for the database to the text import format and import into Question Writer from there -

Question Writer does support Unicode(all valid characters) and some scientific and mathematical notations through HTML formatting - there's more information here,
