unexpected error

I downloaded FREE Personal version. I setup but received "unexpected error" message. Should I give up ? or should I wait for yr help ?

Thanks for your error report - it looks like there is a problem for some systems with the installer that has been available for the past 24 hours. I'm looking into it now and I'll let you know when there is a new installer that corrects the problem available.

I've tracked this problem down - an older version of the library that handles our licensing managed to creep in and caused problems on systems that had the .NET 1.1 framework installed.

There is now a new installer in place that should fix this issue.

Make sure you use the new install file rather than a cached version of the old file - you can check its file size (3.05 MB) to make sure.
