Inserting images in the question

What kind of images I can insert into the question? I have .jpeg image file I tryed to include and receive a message:Access to file ... is denied.

What was the source of this image - have you used it anywhere else?Have you tried inserting a different image?

Sorry this is more question than answer but please let me know if you get the same message with different images.
