Where can I insert an image to my quiz? Settings?

you can add an image to a question as part of the question set up. When you add a question you will see a properties box, and add image is one of the settings here. This link will take you to the relevant page of the manual:

If you are using the Professional version you can also change the background of the quiz and add an image that will appear as the quiz is loading.
