People who are taking my quiz claim they have taken it and passed. However, I am not receiving any emails that confirm they have taken the quiz. I beleive they are taking the quiz, but I am not getting the emails and I log-in and it does not show the results. Is there any reason for this error? I really need to know the scores. I know I have typed in my email address because I had my brother to do a sample test from his computer so that I could make certain I received results. We are experiencing difficulties with the e-mail server and we're working hard to get those resolved. Currently all results are being received by the backup server and may take upto an hour to appear on the main server (where you login). There is one complicating factor with some of your test results - they're coming in with an extra space at the end of the end of the e-mail address. We're catching those and manually processing them while we work on an automatic fix for that, but you can speed those up by checking on any of your published tests that there is not an additional space at the end of the email address before you publish them. will you sent me a quick email to inform me when you have an automatic fix for the emails. i have not changed my published tests. my email is the same on them. last week, i received emails with test results, but this week i do not. i have my test set up so that it will send me the results 1st before showing the student what she or he had earned. it won't even process to give the student the results page. let me know. not to beat this down anymore, but with in the past 12 hours i have experienced the same issues as described above (no email of results AND no record of them when i log in to the website). the only changes that i have made to the quiz are changes to the questions themselves...nothing within the settings --which worked in the past. any ideas? thanks, sean Sean Hi Sean,

I think this is down to a problem with the HTML on this page - i'm seeing [url]http://www.quiz-software.com/results/resultsqw3.php?email=rtspt.usa@gmail.comrtspt.usa@gmail.com[/url] in the HTML (the email address is repeated). I just installed this and I am sending a copy of the email portion if the HTML script. Do you see any problems? I just get caught in a failure loop. Can I ask how many questions you have in your quiz? We recommend a limit of 200 or 100 with feedback. If you have too many questions you will tend to have problems when you reach the stage of sending results. Hazel Skeet Hi Alex,
Thanks for the quick response. All the quizzes will only be 10 questions, but I found the problem. Appearently the system couldn't access my email address so I switched to my yahoo address and it works fine. I have trouble with the .info extension sometimes. Thanks again Tom Thomas Todd |
