Text Import

I am evaluating Question Writer and want to know if it is possible to pass an image reference in text import. I did not see this in the documentation. Here is what it looks like in Respondus.

1. Test the stated hypothesis for the given paired data at the 5% level of significance. In this instance the null hypothesis should not be rejected.

Unfortunately, no, we'd don't yet support image references in the text import. You'd need to add them after the questions have been imported in the QW inteface.

This would work except I am algorithmically generating the questions, hundreds of them at a time. As a followup, is there a means of importing a Respondus file into Question Writer? I very much like your export capabilities, but am having a hard time figuring out how to import questions from another standard.

There are just two import formats in QW3 - Text import format and Moodle XML format - but image import is not supported in either unfortunately. There's more details on both here -

You only option here would be to attempt to write to the .qwz format directly - this is an XML format but this is quite tricky and you'd need a programmer to help with that.
