audio notification when uploading to tracker

Enhancement request:

When you are uploading/publishing quizes to racker there would be some improvement if you had a nottification sound when a nottification box showed up. So when you get the warning about "do you want to overwrite" and "uploaded successfuly do you want to open in browser" That way we can get straight onto uploading the next quiz without having to go away and come back to see if it was finshed yet etc.

Again this hints at the need for a batch upload function too.
