Adminstrative rights and read only to QWTracker

Could you allow others to log into the tracker service but only give them read access? Our situation warrants that 3-4 people have the password to the QW-Tracker account. I'm concerned that all have the same administrative privileges and that someone might screw things up without realising the affect for the others.
