publish to tracker- overwrite, errors

I have just tried to update a quiz that was uploaded to the QW-Tracker. I repeated the 'publish to tracker' function 4 times. The first 3 times.....It did not bring up the messege asking me if I wanted to overwrite the other file with the same name.....Then it did not bring up the progress bar as it normally does.... and finally it finished what it was trying to do and gave an error box (which i always send and it replies with there being no fix available etc)

I close down the QW-Tracker application and quiz and start again in between each attempt and on the fourth attempt it still did not ask me to overwrite but it did seem to upload successfully.

Just had to publish to tracker again on the same quiz as I noticed I had made a mistake with one of the images added to the questions.

So this time (5th attempt) was the same as the fourth attempt....QW did NOT ask if I wanted to overwrite (yet it clearly has overwritten, as there are not 5 versions of the quiz hosted at the tracker site)
It didn’t display the progress bar again but it got to the end of the upload and gave the message that it had been done successfully.

Just wanted to let you know the repeatability etc

It sounds in the first three instances, it failed to make a proper connection to the website and errored out. I'm not sure why it might not be alerting you where it is overwriting a quiz. I'll have a look into the logic used there and see if I can understand if there are any set of circumstances where you're not being properly alerted to an overwrite.

A little more info on this - if QW is unable to make contact with the server, it will error out without giving the 'Overwrite Alert' as it needs information from the server to let it know the attempted write is an overwrite.
