Tracker Account settings.

When you create a QWtracker account you have to enter an email adress. As it appears to me, this email address is used to not only identify your account but is the email address that results are forwarded to. You give us the option to change our password but you do not give any option to change the email. According to your terms and conditions "One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account." So please tell me how we are supposed to modify or edit our one free account and have the results sent to a new email address? The email address that was used previously was a personal account and it should have been a administrative acount to be set up and maintained by our IT department. Can all the records associated with the previous acocunt be transfered to a new email address/tracker account?

Hi Adam,

Yes - I can move the records from one account to another for you - please send a request to support@questionwriter.com with the accounts to move from/to. Also we interpret the 'person or legal entity' quite loosely, so it is fine for multiple people in the same organization may each have a different account.

Hi Manilo,

This action has already been completed for you. You just need to log-in with your new e-mail. If you haven't created an account yet for the new e-mail address, you can do that on the QWT registration page.
