Results not being shown or saved in VLE (Fronter)

I have been using the trail version to create tests to put onto our VLE(Fronter). The tests work perfectly well except for;

Once the test has been completed, submitted and saved it does not allow you to bring up a persons resluts in Fronter. Its shows that the person has started it but does not say they have completed it, when they have, meaning that no reslts for that person is avaliable to view.

Am I doing somthing wrong or is it just not compatable with the VLE(fronter). As we are planning on buying it, if this function does not work then it would be a bit pointless for us to buy.

I'm not familiar with the Fronter VLE - I haven't conducted any compatibility tests with this VLE. Generally these things turn out to be a minor Javascript issue which is easy enough to correct once the exact problem is identified. However I don't have access to a Fronter installation, so I can't track down the issue. If you have any contacts at Fronter who can advise what is going wrong, the Javascript in the

C:\Program Files\Question Writer 3\Publishing\SCORM\scormfs.js

file can be modified to include the correction.

A workaround might be to run your test on Fronter, but switch on 'Results by Email' - this will allow the test to send the results through to our Question Writer Tracker server for later review.
