Personalized cursor

Is there any way we can change the default cursor icon into a personalized cursor.

I recognize this is not really important and it’s just a question of esthetics but it would be nice to have this option…

I don't think this will make it as a specific feature of QW any time soon. However, it is possible in Flash to change the cursor. So one way you could achieve this would be to use a custom Flash background, that includes some code to specify a new cursor.
