Problem with After Quiz setting

Hello,

I am a new user and just encountered a problem with the After Quiz setting that worked just fine last month.

The link forwarding the student to the survey at the end of the quiz is now freezing up. In other words, it stays on the page with the Finished Quiz Screen text and doesn't forward the student to the survey like I set it up to do.

I used the After Quiz setting in the web settings and inserted the published link to the survey from the “Public link” for the survey listed in my account in Question Writer Tracker. I know the link is correct, because I tested it from QW Tracker.

I also use Firefox as my default browser and did not experience this problem before.

Was this problem a single incident or has it recurred?

It sounds like it is an issue with your internet connection, though if it has happened more than once it may be something else.
