Display Section Titiles

Can I get the section titles to display before the questions in each section? And how?

The Section title is used within the quiz to you help with organizing your quiz and is not currently included in the display options.

I think if you want it to be seen you will have to include it with the Question Title. For example if in a history quiz you have a section on The Roman Empire a question about the Slave Rebellion could be titled : The Roman Empire - The Slave Rebellion.
