php Developer Needed

Can anyone recommend a php/mySQL developer?

I'd like to use Question Writer4 as my quiz program but also need the ability to save and have detailed user stats posted on my website.

I understand that QW4 works with collator to communicate with a server, but I'd like something developed or added which will give similar functionality as the quizzes listed on the page of this sample website: [www.tcmtests.com]

Several quizzes are listed in order (I will most likely have 20 or 30 quizzes on each page of my site based on topics) with statistics such as the date the last quiz was attempted, last score, average score, times accessed, etc.

The attached file also shows stats for each group of tests.

Other requirements:
Administrator will access the back end and easily search for a user and see all his scores/stats for each quiz. Will be able to manually grant access to certain quizzes or quiz categories or to modify an existing subscription.

Users will have the abilty to go to a subscribe page and choose sevral different subscription options based on category of quizzes or on a time frame (3months, 1 month, etc)

Payment methods will need to be set up , most likely with Paypal or by check. A module or sidebar will show a user all his subscriptions and date of expiration of each subscription.

I am not sure if this project requires a completely new website to be created or if I can implement it into a new Joomla installation.

Later on, an additional project will be to creat a mobile version for users to accesss on iphone/ipad/android phones.

It sounds like what you want to do is similar to the prototypes I developed at [www.quizreporter.com]

Take a look at Analysis and Reporting component, which is the backend for QuestionWriter quizzes. I created this using PHPRunner and it should be possible to do everything you want using this software development application. You should be able to integrate it to Joomla - the PHPRunner forums have instructions on how to do it with one login.
