Server problems-QWT blocking a submitted exam

I have loaded this exam into QWTracker
[www.questionwritertracker.com]
I get this response back when I submit:

Problem sending results. Will continue trying indefinitely. Please check
the internet connection and the availabilty of the server.
Attempt 4
Sending results to
[www.xquestion.com]
Failure
Error Code: 0

I have submitted another exam separately and that goes through okay so it
does not seem your server is down.
Can you help please? I need this fixed before a big exam this week.
Thanks.

Hallo Barrie

The error message that you are receiving is usual when there is a problem with the internet connection that is making sending difficult, though the fact that your 2nd exam worked seems confusing.

Was the exam that you managed to submit a similar size?

A quick solution might be to split the exam into two with an invisible link in the middle. This will resolve the problem if it is the size of the quiz that is causing the problem with results.

Alternatively you could send us your .qwz file zipped and we will see if there is anything in the quiz that is causing the problem.

Hazel - I have split the 150 m/c question exam into 2, Part 1 and Part 2.
Part 1 has a link in Web Settings to automatically load into Part 2.
Part 1 submits okay and goes into QW Tracker but Part 2 then encounters the server problem and will not submit.
There could be something QWT does not like in the Part 2 questions and I trying to locate it, could you also have a look?
Alexander already has the website address and password.
Thanks.

I think the problem was a m/c question with two options of 16 character words - radioimmunoassay and immunohematology - is word length a limitation?

Hi Barrie,

It's unlikely to be the word length - more likely there's a special or escape character somewhere in the text that is causing a problem.
