Nothing but error messages after trial download

Hello,

I downloaded and installed the Question Writer 4 trial. After I opened the program, I clicked "New Quiz" and received an error:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

at System.Windows.Forms.Control.get_IsHandleCreated()
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.set_WindowState(FormWindowState value)
at QuestionWriter.MainForm.4SWDvvo6Y(String )"

I then close the program, re-started it & tried again with the same results. I get an error message when I try to open a .qwz:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

at System.Windows.Forms.Control.get_IsHandleCreated()
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.set_WindowState(FormWindowState value)
at QuestionWriter.MainForm.wFQdesW3b(String )
at QuestionWriter.MainForm.hGla763Ec(Object , String )"

Any advice would be appreciated. I am trying to evaluate this product on behalf of our e-Learning clients.

Most likely something has been corrupted in the download and install.

The quickest thing for you to do is to uninstall the software and then downloading and installing it again.

Please let us know if you still have problems.

I will also check out your error messages and see if there is something else going on.

Thank you Hazel! I have two computers at my desk, so I installed it on the other one with no problem! Something must be wrong with my other computer. I will have our IT look at it. Thank you so much for your quick response! I love the product!
