QW4 - Problem downloading professional license

Greetings!

My agency as purchased the QW4 program (professional academic license) and I am very excited to get started building our evaluation materials!

The e-mail I was sent with the licensing information is in a format that I am not able to open (.license). Is it possible for this to be sent to me in a word document? Or, how would you suggest I download the license?

I saved the licenses to my program file for QW4 (didn't open, just saved). I see in the manual on page 140 here it says that the next time I open the program I can install the file. Only I don't get the screen that has the option "I already have a license". It takes me to the screen that shows the new quiz or open quiz icons on the top. What am I doing wrong?

Ok, maybe I'm good. I just noticed at the top of the title bar it says "professional", and when I open the program I get a quick screen that has the QW logo and the following words:

Upgrade Tip:
Organization: (my agency's name appears here)
User: (the name that was on the credi card appears here)
Type: Question Writer 4 Professional Academic
Serial number: (long string of letters and numbers)

So, based upon that, I'm thinking we are in business?

yes it does sound as if you have got the license loaded.
