Problem installing

Hi!
When I'm trying to install your software in my PC, when it is installing I receive an error message saying:
"An error occured while attempting to create the directory:
C:/Users/myusername/Documents/Question Writer"

I've tried several times, even re-downloading the software, but it still didn't work. By the way, I'm running a PC with Windows Vista,

I am sorry that you are having these problems.

I have just tested the download and everything ran fine for me, so I don't think there is anything wrong with the installer or the downloadables. Although I don't use Vista I know that we have many users who do.

I will refer your problem to our technical team and let you know if they have any suggestions.

In the meantime I am afraid that the only thing I can suggest is that you try to download and then install again.

Please let me know how you get on and if you have any different error messages.

I've already tried to re-download and install, but I keep getting always the same error.

I am sorry, I realise this must be frustrating for you. I am pretty sure that what is stopping you is something in your set up rather than in the download file or installer.

Can you check that you have appropriate admin permissions to download and install the software?

yes, I have admin permission, when the software is installing, as it's common on Vista, it is prompted for me to let it install or cancel.

I don't know what else to do.
