When you select Audio a properties window opens.
You can either add a URL for your audio or click on Select File and browse to Add and then Use an mp3 file.
You can set the width and height of the audio player that will appear in your quiz.
You can enter a Text Alternative for users who access the audio. This Wikipedia article outlines why you might want to do this.
When you have finished click OK
