Our software licensing partner recently updated their software and this has been causing errors activating Question Writer.
Today, we’ve released an updated version that should correct these problems.
If you’re running into an activation error, please download and install the latest version of the software from the ‘Download’ button at the top of the page. It should be version 5.2.118 or greater.
This should allow you to properly activate the software. If you still have any problems, please let us know. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
