When you select Video a properties window will appear.
You can either add a URL for your video or click on Select File and browse to Add and then Use a video file.
You can set the width and height of the video player that will appear in your quiz.
You can enter a Text Alternative for users who access the video. This Wikipedia article outlines why you might want to do this.
When you have finished click OK
