Learning can get boring. And throughout the history of mankind, this has happened time and time again.

Learning a language, more specifically, can be daunting for the learner especially through the use of boring textbooks. What’s one way to engage a student?

Use pictures and videos during your lesson. These are far more visually stimulating than the old textbook! To make it even better, Socrative Garden says that students will be more interested if they are asked to provide their own pictures and videos during the lesson. This ensures that their choices are interesting to them.
