Collator 1.4

I’ve updated the Collator software to handle some of the new features of Question Writer 4. That include the multiple questions per page and the Plugin Questions.
If you’re using any Question Writer 4 quizzes – you should update to the new Collator 1.4. It is fully backward compatible, so it can handle quizzes from QW3 and QW2.
If you’re upgrading from v1.3, you don’t need to make any changes to the database. You can just overwrite the old files with the new ones (aside from the the configuration file).
