The elements that you can add to the whole quiz are:
To add an element, first right click while your mouse is over the green quiz icon and select Add. A drop down list will appear for you to select from. At the bottom of the list, following the listing of the different question types you will see the quiz elements.
Quiz elements (except for Resources) can be added to Sections as well as to the quiz as a whole.
