Corporate training. Do these words sound boring?
I think they do and here’s why. According to an article from BlackBoard Blog, there is a new and younger generation of employees out there: connected learners.
Who exactly are they? An entire workforce comprised by youngsters who are accustomed to continuous internet connection and of course, social media. There is no doubt that Facebook and Twitter have helped mold the new social interaction norms in today’s culture.
