E-learning goes from training the HR field to the Medical field. Now, Medical Device Operatorswill use this technology to learn at their own pace- which is something difficult to do in classroom-based trainings.
The upside to learning at one’s own pace is that information can be digested better as trainees can go over the courses again if need be. This is a more effective learning advantage compared to the typical classroom set-up.E-learning is not only convenient for the trainees but trainers as well. A big chunk of administrative functions such as checking test papers or sending out certifications can now be automated. This gives trainers more time to do other valuable activities such as improving on the training design, etc.
