I use Google Apps for work because it’s a good collaborative tool. Gone are the days where we email files back and forth to co-workers thanks to Google Docs and its ability to share with who we choose to. Now, to bring all this Google goodness into the classrooms is definitely an excellent use of technology.
As more schools in Oregon sign up for Google’s software products, students and teachers can now have a better way to work together. Also, by using Google tools, they have a repository for presentations, papers, assignments and other academic resources, ready for access anytime, anywhere. Pretty neat, I think!
