New Theme For Question Writer Basic

Question Writer Basic is free for personal use. It only has the Multiple Choice question type and generally has fewer features than the Standard and Professional editions. Previously it had used the ‘Fresh’ theme for all quizzes, but as of Question Writer 4.1 it uses the new Question Writer theme. The new theme is also available for Standard and Professional users too.
